Frequently Asked Questions
LinguaKidz school holiday camps run for 3 days for children aged 5-15 to learn language through fun and engaging communicative activities.
All of our school holiday camp programs at LinguaKidz are delivered in person, in small groups to allow for rich interaction with both the camp leaders and other students.
Children should bring their own food for morning and lunch breaks, a water bottle, hat and a big smile, ready for a fun-filled and happy experience!
Camp activities run from 9am-3pm daily.
We work on a supervision ratio of 1:10 in our camps, with groups capped at 15 participants.
As mums ourselves we understand that plans may change or children may fall ill. Please contact us to discuss options. Generally if a request is received at least 48 hours before the first day of the originally booked camp, we can happily transfer your registration to a future camp or an online program. Refunds may be approved in special circumstances.
Each LinguaKidz camp will have fluent language speakers who have relevant experience and hold a blue card for working with children. Every camp will also have First Aid certified and qualified language teachers as Camp Managers.
In the event of the Queensland government announcing a lockdown due to COVID, all camp fees will be fully refunded.
