LinguaKidz and Madagascar

Not only did Alex, Gloria, Melman and Marty feature in the film Madagascar, but they brought the beautiful island nation to the attention of the world!

What does this have to do with LinguaKidz you ask?  Well, as we teach French, we encourage our students to learn about and discover the many interesting countries where French is spoken. This includes the many African nations such as Madagascar!

How LinguaKidz makes learning stick!

When children can connect their learning to their prior knowledge, experiences or to something fun, like:

  • Art
  • Music
  • Food

With these experience their learning sticks! Having fun is a major tool in immersing kids in new cultures and langauges.

Through the program children are able to discover the story of French language development around the world. The exploration of the French culture and Francophone countries in our upcoming school holiday programs even allows children to discover a connection between and their interest in movies and probably their love of animals!

Along with preparing French and Belgian foods, they will also create art and craft projects that depict elements of countries and cultures where French is widely spoken! Who doesn’t want to take a lemur home at the end of the day!

Register your child today for a hands on immersive program this school holidays!
